Beverly Manor is located off of 123, accessible from Churchill Rd. or Elm St.

The neighborhood has a wide range of properties. The oldest original homes still on record are from 1940s, however it has a fairly even spread of homes built in different eras.

Compared to the rest of McLean, the lots are on the small side. 7,000 square feet is around the average, but there are sections of the neighborhood where you will find lots closer to 1/3 of an acre.

With a variety of times the homes were built comes a variety of style. Everything from contemporary to small colonials are represented here.

The small lot size does not mean you cannot build a new home. Beverly Manor sees its share of new construction homes for sale. You will always find new homes being built in McLean.

Many of the new homes in Beverly Manor are built long and narrow, similar to a row home. But this is nice if you are looking for a great location, smaller house and relative affordability when compared to some other new construction homes in the area.

Nearby Amenities

One of the biggest draws of Beverly Manor is living close to the DC entrance on Chain Bridge Rd, which is a short drive away.

In addition to all that the District has to offer, there are also many things to do on the Virginia side of the bridge.

McLean is close to Tysons Corner, has multiple parks, hiking trails, gyms, rec centers, metro rail, the CIA Building and more. The location is also perfect for commuting with multiple major highways easily accessible.
